Elizabeth Porter Birdsall is a writer, French to English translator, and ceramicist who lives in Boston with her wife (fellow author and panelist Rebecca Fraimow), two cats named for punctuation marks, and an increasing stack of books. Her short fiction has been published in places Tractor Beam, the Lesbian Historic Motif Project podcast, and Neon Hemlock's Shatter the Sun anthology (forthcoming); she also worked as a translator/editor on the video game Harmony: The Fall of Reverie by Don’t Nod. In her free time, she likes hanging out in nature, handicrafts, and flitting between entirely too many hobbies.
